When you fill out a form on this site (newsletter, lead-magnet download, Studio diagnostic booking) or arrange a purchase via LINE, we collect:
- Email address (required)
- First name (optional, on diagnostic and purchase forms only)
- The page you submitted from (auto-derived from Referer header)
- The form's audience tag (b2c-learner / b2b-buyer / solo-founder / unknown)
- Language preference (en / zh-tw)
- UTM parameters present in the URL (utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign)
When you browse the site, Meta Pixel + Conversions API also automatically collect:
- IP address (used for rough geographic estimation, not precise targeting)
- User Agent (browser and device type)
- Pages you visit and the time
- Meta-set browser cookies:
_fbp(browser identifier) and_fbc(click identifier, only present when you arrive from a Facebook / Instagram ad) - When you submit a form, your email is sent to Meta as a SHA-256 hash (irreversible) for ad attribution — used only to check if you match a known Facebook / Instagram user. Plain-text email is never sent.
For purchases, payment is currently arranged via direct bank transfer after LINE coordination; we only see the transaction reference needed to confirm receipt. When online checkout (planned 綠界 / ECPay) launches, the payment provider's own privacy terms will apply for card / payment-method data they collect.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for
- To deliver the lead magnet you requested
- To respond personally if you booked a Studio diagnostic
- To coordinate your Starter Pack purchase (LINE chat + direct bank transfer)
- To tag you correctly in Kit so we send relevant content (not irrelevant content)
- To measure Facebook / Instagram ad performance (Meta Pixel + Conversions API) — track the "ad click → subscribe / inquiry" conversion rate so ad spend targets the right audience
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email subscriber storage and delivery. See Kit's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting and edge security. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Meta Platforms (parent of Facebook / Instagram, registered in the US) — ad conversion measurement and audience building. Cross-border data transfer to the US is governed by Meta's own SCC (Standard Contractual Clauses) and Data Processing Addendum. We only send anonymized / SHA-256-hashed identifiers (IP, User Agent, hashed email, page URL, cookies); plain-text email is never transmitted. See Meta's privacy policy.
- LINE — purchase coordination chat. LINE chat data is governed by LINE's terms; we only retain enough of the conversation to confirm the order. Online payment provider (planned 綠界 / ECPay) will be listed here when launched.
- We do not sell your email or personal data to anyone.
- We do not send plain-text email, name, or phone numbers to ad platforms — every identifier sent to Meta is SHA-256 hashed and cannot be reversed to the original value.
- We do not embed session-replay tools that record your keystrokes, mouse paths, or scroll behavior.
- We do not use Google Analytics or other cookie-heavy analytics platforms. Site traffic analytics runs on Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no PII).
Three opt-out paths:
- Use browser private mode / Brave / Firefox Strict ETP — most will block fbevents.js from loading
- Install an ad blocker extension (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, etc.)
- In your Meta account settings, disconnect this site from your Meta account
Either way, your subscribe / inquiry functionality is unaffected — blocking tracking does not block your ability to interact with us.
You can:
- Unsubscribe from emails (link in every email)
- Request your data via [email protected]
- Request deletion of your data — we will action this within 30 days
- If you are in the EU/EEA, additional GDPR rights apply (data portability, restriction of processing). Contact us using the address above.
This site uses two categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies — Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection for forms. Without these, form submission cannot complete.
- Ad measurement cookies —
_fbpand_fbcset by Meta Pixel, used to attribute ad conversions. Third-party ad blockers can block these; blocking does not affect your subscribe / inquiry functionality.
See the cookies policy for full details.
