1. What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site (newsletter, lead-magnet download, Studio diagnostic booking, or Stripe checkout), we collect:
- Email address (required)
- First name (optional, on diagnostic and purchase forms only)
- The page you submitted from (auto-derived from Referer header)
- The form's audience tag (b2c-learner / b2b-buyer / solo-founder / unknown)
- Language preference (en / zh-tw)
- UTM parameters present in the URL (utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign)
For Stripe Checkout, Stripe additionally collects card details, billing address, and identity verification per their requirements. We never see your card number.
2. What we use it for
- To send the newsletter you signed up for
- To deliver the lead magnet you requested
- To respond personally if you booked a Studio diagnostic
- To process your Starter Pack purchase (Stripe)
- To tag you correctly in Kit so we send relevant content (not irrelevant content)
3. Who processes your data
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email subscriber storage and delivery. See Kit's privacy policy.
- Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting and edge security. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
4. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your email or personal data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or third-party trackers.
- We do not use third-party analytics that profile you across the web.
5. Your rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe from emails (link in every email)
- Request your data via [email protected]
- Request deletion of your data — we will action this within 30 days
- If you are in the EU/EEA, additional GDPR rights apply (data portability, restriction of processing). Contact us using the address above.
