The site, newsletter, and templates are provided "as-is" without warranty. AI workflows by their nature require ongoing human judgment. You are responsible for evaluating, testing, and operating any workflow you build with our materials.
To the extent permitted by Taiwan law and any other applicable jurisdiction, our total liability for site-level claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Studio engagement liability is governed by the engagement SOW.
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be settled in Taipei courts.
